OPERATIONAL MANAGER - WORLI(MUMBAI)

Experience Desired : 6 to 8 years in the Furniture industry
Remuneration : INR 9 - 10 Lakhs P.A
Position Vacant : One
Education : Any Graduate / MBA/ PGDM Marketing, Retail, Operation, Other Management

Responsibilities

• Well versed with the E-commerce industry and have working knowledge of digital marketing • Closely monitor market dynamics and competitor activities • Responsible for entire operations in the assigned territory • Able to develop and implement sales strategy at Regional level • Supervise the sales team and ensure achievement of sales targets • Coordinate with the various related departments for trouble free execution of operations • Direct overall activities of retail operations of the showroom • Evaluate proposed policies & procedures, and make recommendations for increased savings & cost reductions • Set monthly targets and provide action plan • Formulate process strategy; setting up operational goals & performance objectives to monitor & improve performance • Plan and manage logistic operations with basic knowledge of statutory government policies • Basic knowledge of Tally & accounting.

RETAIL SHOWROOM MANAGER - DELHI

Experience Desired : 6 to 8 years in the Furniture industry
Remuneration : INR 5 - 6 Lakhs P.A

Education : Any Graduate / MBA/ PGDM Marketing, Retail, Operation, Other Management

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales, Planning, Maintaining and the Profitability of showroom • Closely monitor market dynamics and competitor activities • Responsible for entire operations in the assigned territory • Develop and implement sales strategy at Regional level • Supervise the sales team and ensure achievement of sales targets • Coordinate with related departments for trouble free execution of operations • Closely analyze overall retail operations of the showroom • Evaluate proposed policies & procedures and make recommendations for increased savings and cost reductions • Set monthly target and provide action plan • Plan and manage logistic operations with basic knowledge of statutory government policies • Possess basic knowledge of Tally & accounting.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - MUMBAI

Experience Desired : 3 to 5 years in Retail industry
Remuneration : Negotiable
Position Vacant : One
Education : Chartered Accountant/ MBA/ PGDM Finance

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Vendor accounts and payments as per credit terms • Well conversant with multi branch accounting and inventory control, along with working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 • Ensure monthly Billing, revenue accounting and MIS. • Ensure debtors accounting and knocking of UAC (User Accounting Control) • Reconcile debtors account • Well versed in Project and FA accounting • Ensure daily Bank reconciliation • Carry out daily updates of Bank receipts, Revenue, expense and Cash transactions • Ensure internal & external audits and resolution of audit queries • Ensure timely payment of TDS, Service Tax, Vat, Cess and systematically file returns • Ensure proper accounting, month end provision and preparation of monthly P/L statement • Clearly understand accounting systems and policies • Regularly interact with Sales Tax/ Income Tax & other Government agencies for regulatory work.

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - BENGALURU

Experience Desired : 2 - 3 YEARS
Remuneration : BETWEEN 2 LAKH TO 3 LAKH P.A.

• RETAIL SALE - SHOULD BE WELL VERSED WITH COMPUTERS, WITH GOOD COMMAND OVER ENGLISH ( BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL).PREFERABLY FROM FURNITURE RETAIL INDUSTRY.

ASSISTANT LOGISTIC MANAGER - BHIWANDI

Experience Desired : 3 - 4 YEARS
Remuneration : BETWEEN 2.5 LAKHS TO 2.8 LAKHS P.A.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics Management. Transportation arrangement (Negotiate transportation rates and services). Inventory management & control at Warehouse.
